Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi, Kenya

Upon arrival at the JKIA, you will be received by our representative and transferred to your Nairobi hotel for an overnight stay. Overnight will be at the Trademark hotel or similar, Nairobi on Bed & Breakfast Basis. 

Day 2: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Early morning you get ready for breakfast and for your departure to Amboseli. Depart Nairobi at 0800 Hrs. heading south towards the Kapiti Plains. Enjoy the scenic sighting of ungulates enroute the Kapiti plains and Maanzoni before arriving at the lodge in time for hot lunch and an afternoon break. Depart the lodge at around 16:00Hrs for an evening safari in search of the elephant herds of Amboseli. Dinner and overnight is at Amboseli Kibo safari camp. Meal Plan: Full Board Accommodation. 

Day 3: Safari at Amboseli National Park

Depart the lodge for an early morning game drive photographing the elephants of Amboseli and the big cats. Return to the lodge for your scrumptious breakfast. Late morning is at leisure to relax and freshen up for your early evening game drive. Venture out at 16:00 Hrs. for your evening safari returning to the lodge in the late evening. Dinner and overnight is at Amboseli at Kibo Safari camp. Meal Plan: Full Board Accommodation.

Day 4: Depart Amboseli National Park to Masai Mara National Reserve

Depart the lodge after breakfast for your flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, you will connect with your mid-morning flight which takes you to the Masai Mara National Reserve, enjoy the scenic views en-route. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Leisure Tented camp on Full Board Accommodation. 

Day 5 & Day 6: Exploring the Masai Mara

Your days at the Mara revolve around exciting game drives exploring the life at the reserve. The day’s program will depend on the wildlife sighting, migration patterns and the prevailing weather conditions. Your Wakeup call is at 05:30 Hrs. to freshen up for an early morning breakfast at the lodge. Depart the camp at 06:30 hrs. for your early morning game drive in search of wildlife with a mid-morning packed bush picnic breakfast at 10:00 hrs or a picnic lunch on the day, if you choose. If you choose to have packed breakfast, then make it to the camp at 11:30 hrs. to rest and have lunch before departing for your evening game drive. If you had picnic lunch retire to the lodge before sunset to rest and prepare for dinner. 

 All meals and overnights are at the Mara Leisure tented camp on Full Board Accommodation. 

Day 7: Nairobi

Your last day at the Masai Mara starts with an early morning out photographing the wildlife. Depart the camp at 06:30 returning at 09:00 Hrs. for breakfast before transferring to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. Transfer to the JKIA (Jomo Kenyatta International Airport) in the early evening for your flight back. Meal Plan: Breakfast Only.
