Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
- Between 60 days and 30 days prior to arrival: A Credit Note will be issued against the Client, which may be utilized within 12 months from the arrival date.
- Between 30 days and 15 days prior to the arrival of travel: 70% of the total booking amount will be forfeited.
Cancellation during travel or stay: 100% of the total booking value will be forfeited.
