Daily Breakdown
Depart Nairobi and drive through the land of the Kikuyu people through Naro Moru and passing via Mt. Kenya and the equator arriving at the Samburu game reserve in time for hot lunch. Afternoon game drive. Full Board (FB)
Early morning game viewing in search of the Northern species of game not seen South of the Equator such as Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy Zebra, Somali Ostrich and the most famous predator – the Leopard which is commonly found in this reserve. Return to lodge for breakfast. Relax enjoying the warm temperatures and proceed for an afternoon game drive post lunch. Alternatively, a full day game drive with picnic lunch boxes (FB)
Drive past the Northern tip of the Aberdares mountain via the Mt. Kenya region arriving at the Aberdares national park. In the afternoon, wait for the wildlife to come to the waterhole opposite your tree lodge and have the most beautiful view of Mt. Kenya (FB)
Turn south and pass via the world famous Thomsons Falls, arriving at the L. Nakuru national park. The Park is renowned for its millions of Flamingos, and growing population of Leopards and Rhinos (FB)
Descend into the Great Rift Valley making your way to Kenya’s premium reserve – Masai Mara in time for hot lunch. Afternoon game viewing in this premier game reserve of Kenya (FB)
A full day with picnic lunch is spent in exploring this most scenic game reserve (FB)
