Itenerary

Day 1: Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park offers one of the planet’s most distinctive vistas, the long tusks juxtaposed with lush grasslands and dominant mountain. Amboseli isn’t far from Nairobi International Airport and your guide will be waiting in the arrivals hall to transfer you to the park. You shall reach the lodge in time for lunch and proceed for an afternoon game drive around 1600 hrs.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park:

Safari is thrilling and adventurous, yet it’s equally calm and charming, especially in Amboseli. Whenever you’re ready, or expert driver guide takes you on a private game drive in your 4X4 vehicle. You can choose to go on early morning and late afternoon game drive or either of the two. Safari here isn’t about long drives. It’s about going slow and stopping everywhere to admire the beauty of the national park.

Hippos wallow in pools and rampage through the shallows. A lion pride is spotted beneath a lone tree, close enough for you to see teeth as it lazily yawns. Herds litter the plains; black and white zebra stripes mingling with the curled horns of buffalo and a colorful assortment of grazing antelopes.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park

In Lake Nakuru you’re greeted by a patchwork quilt of pink, a million flamingos stretching along the lake shore. Other birds have found havens here, like the eagles that effortlessly soar on the thermals, or the pelicans and storks that compete for wading space. Lake Nakuru certainly offers a flying spectacle, but there’s plenty more on ground level to excite your eyes. Giraffe and buffalo stand proud, one elegant and colorful, the other heavy-set and powerful. Big cats go in search of an evening meal, roaming in the dying light as they hunt for waterbucks beside the lakeshore.

Day 4: Masai Mara National Park:

As you drive into the Maasai Mara the grasslands flicker beneath a patchwork of hooves, wildebeest and gazelle clumping together across huge areas of grassland. Settle into your Safari Lodge and the action once again comes to you. You shall then depart on an afternoon game drive post your scrumptious lunch, before retiring to your lodge for overnight stay.

Day 5: Masai Mara National Park

Today you shall depart from the lodge in the morning after breakfast. Hills roll beyond the skyline and every turn leaves you further alone with nature. Today you take a long, full day game drive across the Maasai Mara, exploring remote corners with a picnic lunch on board. Wildebeest charge across crocodile infested rivers, cheetahs inspect gazelle from elevated rocks, and you’ll be going slow enough to take it all in.

Day 6: Masai Mara National Park

This is your day to decide if you prefer to go on another full day game drive or half and full day drive in the Masai Mara National Park.

Day 7: Masai Mara to Nairobi then Diani: Post your breakfast at the lodge, your guide shall take you to the Masai mara gate as you get ready to exit the national park with a game drive enroute. You shall reach Nairobi by midday and be transferred to either the Jomo Kenyatta international airport or Wilson airport for your domestic flight to Diani beach. Upon arrival at Ukunda airport in Diani, there shall be a private transfer to your beach hotel.

Day 8- Day 11: Diani Beach

The next three days are yours to enjoy the beach life and sunbath. There’s plenty of water sport activities to also engage in which the hotel reception or activity centre can give you advice on.

Day 12: Farwell to Kenya: In the morning after breakfast, you shall be dropped off by our representative at the Ukunda airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
